Clinical Roles

We seek highly licensed, trained, certified clinicians who uphold our commitment to clinical excellence—one of our core organizational values. 

To remain aligned with our professional standards:

We do not accept applications for pastoral or biblical counseling roles.

We do not hire social workers.

We do not offer remote or online-only clinical positions.

Non-Clinical Roles

Our non-clinical teams—including client care, administration, billing, operations, marketing, and HR—provide exceptional “second-mile service” for our clients and team.

All non-clinical positions are fully remote and require:

A secure, private home office with reliable internet connection.

Your own personal computer.

The ability to work uninterrupted during scheduled working hours.

That you reside in one of the following states: Colorado, Texas, Florida, Washington, and Pennsylvania.
